The
Right-Click Menu will offer you access to various parameters of the programme
so you can do the following:
- Activate/Deactivate
STD mode (standard). This is the main mode
of running the programme;it consists in the Live synchronization of
connections; read more about it in Advanced Settings.;
- Manual
Synchronization of the system time with Atomic Servers located over
the internet; of course you have to be connected to the internet for
this thing to happen;
- Arrangement
of the programme windows; ITimerPro was made from a modular system of
windows for better ergonomics; not everybody is interested in some data
so these data don't need to be loaded with the main interface;
-
you can make ITimerPro to be Always on Top;
-
you can save a position of the windows which you can restore whenever
you want;
-
you can reinitialize the "default" settings any time you want;
- If
you are connected to the internet you can manually check for a new version
of the programme, if you don't have the automatic check for the new
version or the programme didn't tell you already; you can browse around
the website to see the news;
- In
the "About" box you will see your name as a registered user
of a ITimerPro version;
- In
the end the Exit option of the programme; DO NOT CLOSE the programme
if you are still connected and haven't set the MDML (modem log) mode,
because you will lose the connection data!!

windows and explanations;
Impulse
Cost and Time Tables

Seconds
before next impulse

Based on the best Engine of calculation from all the Romanian NetCounters
IT2, if it's set properly (you can see here the Delay) can work (at least
theoretically) exactally as a telephone exchange. Thus the remaining seconds
until the next impulse will have a truth value if the "Delay"
is set better; (see Engine Settings .. how to set the Delay).
Traffic
Graph
In an attractive form you will see the in/out data from your computer
which is from your monitored connection; on the chart you can see the
out data, the in data or both at the same time; the max of the chart is
given by the maxim speed of your connection;
Many times you will see that the in or out data is bigger than the speed
of the connection;this is because of the data compression which is made
in the modem, RAS function practically rapporting, the data that is being
read in a second then decompressed (big values of txt files, html which
support big compression etc)
The average speed (Rec/sec) , (Sent/sec) calculated from divinding
the in/out data from the start of the session till the end is also shown;
From the Popup associated to the window you can visualize the Black
and White version of the Graph or the Color one, you can choose to see
only the Total Bytes received/sent in the current session or the one corresponding
to the data set as Base Time.
The data are measured in KBytes(KB), except the connection
speed which is in Kbiti(Kb)
Important
Note
-because of a special routine, you DON'T
HAVE TO RESTART the ITimerPro for a new connection;
-it is recommended that you connect
with the included Dialer because in this case the ITimerPro can detect
and record in the database connection errors (invalid password, remote
computer not responding etc); for these types of errors when the connection
is not made (but you have been taxed) there is only the possibility of
"catching" them in the Dialer, the modem log has no use in this
case;
-in case of ITimerPro the programme
stars after it has made a connection, the programme Engine takes the monitored
connection time of the operating system after which it calculates the
cost;
