Any VisualBasic experienced coder in here?

I know that VB can't produce dll, but recently I found an article Creating a Windows DLL with Visual Basic

Since I only code in C++ I wonder if somebody could test if a visual basic executable which exports some functions can be produced; it will be great that vb coders could use eXPressor's API.
